Absinth give a peaceful and smoothing feeling. In combination with alcohol or in large amounts can result in hallucinogenic experiences. Used as tea and in small quantities it can help you in post-flu recovery, against colds and to increase appetite. But be aware long and intensive use can result in addiction and physical problems, so be wise, it’s better to take less than too much!

Uso
Wild lettuce: Make a tea with 1 or 2 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water. Let it sit for 10 minutes and it’s ready to drink. Do not take more than 1 gram per day!
Absinth: put around 1 gram (maximum daily dose) in a cup of hot water and let it soak. For a better taste you can mix it with other herb. To make the drink absinthe mix around 40 grams in a half a litter bottle of chosen liquor and let it sit for at least one month. Taste a little glass first so you can be sure of the quantities and do not get to much intoxicated.
Herbal spliff mix: smoke it as a substitute of tobacco but, no more than 1 gram per day!
